Tumbling 101- Working on beginner tumbling skills This class is for athletes looking to start the process of becoming a tumbler. The focus will be on developing the strengths and technique to begin front/back walkovers and work towards back handsprings. Small classes make for more personalized instruction as well as more opportunities to be spotted on new skills. Mondays, 5-6 p.m. Next class starting November 7- November 12 $75 for the 6-week session Pass Class - working on connected tumbling (must have an unassisted BHS) This class is for athletes looking to excel in their connected tumbling skills. Class size is capped to make for more personalized instruction as we as more opportunities to be spotted on new skills. Mondays, 5-6 p.m. Next class starting November 7- November 12 $75 for the 6-week session Flip Flop Class - working on BHS (must have a BWO) This class is for athletes looking to master their back handspring. The focus will be on core control and using proper technique. Small classes make for more personalized instruction as well as more opportunities to be spotted on new skills. Wednesdays, 5-6 Next class starting November 9- November 14 $75 for the 6-week session Cheer 101- Working on the basics of cheerleading This class is for athletes looking to learn the basics of cheerleading with the commitment of a competition team. This class will work on learning motions, jumps, dance and stunting. Take this class to prepare for school tryouts, for fun, or just to get a taste of what cheerleading is all about! By the end of the class you will have learned basic fundamentals that you can continue to expand on. Thursdays, 5-6 Next class starting in November $60 for the 6-week session Parkour Tumbling Class- This is a class focusing on teaching boys how to tap into their core control and strength to be able to move, tumble, roll, jump over and jump through obstacles with speed and efficiency. Wednesdays, 2-3:15 Next Class starting in November $75 for the 6-week session (Price includes the classes as well as an afternoon snack)
